What are the delivery costs?

Standard Economy UK Delivery £2.50 with Royal Mail or other courier service. Only applies to orders under £20 . Orders are picked and packed but not prioritised. Please allow 7 working days for delivery.

Standard UK Delivery is usually £ 5.95 but may be less as the postal charges are also calculated on the product weight, we use the Royal Mail or other courier service. Orders are picked and packed but not prioritised. Please allow 7 working days for delivery.

Premium Priority delivery £9.95 - next day delivery with the Royal Mail or other courier service - Orders are picked and packed as priority items and usually sent out within 1 workind day.

Free Standard UK Delivery for orders over £75. Orders are picked and packed but not prioritised. Please allow 7 working days for delivery

Do you offer a UK priority service?

This will be offered on your order if it is possible at the checkout.

We shall usually dispatch your order on the same day, otherwise, by the end of the next working day. Your order will be delivered using the Royal Mail next day or other courier next day delivery, we cannot however guarantee a next day delivery as this is an outside service provided by the Royal Mail. Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays are classified as non working days.

How long is delivery / dispatch to the UK?

We aim to dispatch in stock items to UK customers within 3-5 working days of purchase. Should customers in the UK not receive their chosen products within 10 working days of us confirming their dispatch to you, please contact us to let us know at customercare@re-uz.co.uk

Can I have delivery to an alternative address / person

Delivery to an alternative address/person can only be made after a first successful order to the address the payment card is registered at.

What does low in stock mean

Low in stock means we have limited availability of a specific item. You will receive an email if we cannot fulfil a specific order

Do you ship overseas?

We will ship overseas however you will be responsible for customs/excise and other duty payable at country of destination. Shipping charges for overseas destinations are weight dependent. 

How do I return unwanted items?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of purchase. The goods must be returned to us unused, in their original packaging and in sellable condition within 7 days. Returns will not be accepted if the goods are stained, misshapen or damaged in any way. This will not include postage costs which have already been incurred.

Please ensure your name and address are clearly visible on the return. If you require an exchange please give us full details of your requirements. We recommend that you obtain proof of delivery for your return as we are not liable for goods lost in transit.

I have misplaced my original returns form?

To print a copy of our returns form, click the link below to print a copy of the returns form and fill in all the required details. Failure to fill all specified fields will result in a delay in your refund being processed.

When will I receive my refund?

Please allow 10 working days after receipt in our warehouse for your return and refund to be processed. If your refund does not appear on your statement within four weeks or one billing cycle please e-mail us at customercare@re-uz.co.uk for further assistance.
