Terms & Conditions


1. Agreement

The contract for the supply of goods between Re-Uz (Josoblu Ltd) and the customer will come into effect when an order has been accepted, processed and dispatched by Re-Uz (Josoblu Ltd). Title in goods supplied shall pass to the customer following payment of the purchase price in full. Our Agreement to supply the Goods is only made on the date that payment is deducted from the credit/debit card which you have provided on your order form.

2. Product Representations

We try to be as accurate as possible in the representation of our products, however as computer monitors, scanners and other photographic equipment can vary slightly in their reproduction of colour, our product pictures are approximations. We cannot guarantee to match the exact section of print as displayed on the product shot on the website.

3. Payment, Prices and Taxes

All prices on our website are listed in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT at current rate. Prices are exclusive of postage and packing costs. International orders will be charged in £GBP and the payment card provider will be responsible for converting the payment into your local currency at the prevailing exchange rate.

We reserve the right not to accept an order if payment authorisation failed, if the item is out of stock or does not meet our quality control standards, if there was an error in the pricing or description of the product. We may also refuse to process a transaction for any reason or to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to amend any typographical clerical error or omissions to prices where reasonable to do so.

4. Placing Your Order

Placing an order is quite simple, search our website for the Goods you wish to purchase using the navigation menu system. Select the appropriate product and proceed to complete the order form. Follow the instructions to choose delivery option and complete your payment. You are responsible for ensuring that you enter accurately the details of your order and the other information requested in your order form. The quantity and description of your chosen products shall be those set out in the Order Form unless we subsequently agree otherwise. We reserve the right not to accept an order if the item is out of stock or if there was an error in the pricing or description of the goods, to amend any picture, description, price and condition on our website at our discretion and without notice.

5. Fulfilling your order

We make every possible effort to update the website to accurately reflect our stock levels. However, in circumstances where you have placed an order which was subsequently discovered to be out of stock at the point of picking, your order will automatically be cancelled and we shall refund you the purchase price in full. You will be kept informed by e-mail.

If your chosen products are in stock your order will be processed as quickly as is reasonable to do so. We will deduct the price payable for your chosen products and delivery services from your nominated credit card or method of payment and your chosen products will be despatched to you forthwith.

6. Delivery to the UK

We aim to deliver in stock items to UK customers within 3-5 working days of purchase, however delays are occasionally inevitable. Should customers in the UK not receive their chosen products within 10 working days of us confirming their dispatch to you, please contact us to let us know at


Re-Uz (Josoblu Ltd) are not responsible for delays caused by third party such as couriers, carriers, customs and postal services.

Orders that are eligible for Free delivery, are picked and packed with no priority within 2-3 working days. You may not be provided with tracking details. Please allow 7 working days for delivery.


On Standard UK Delivery, eligible products are are picked and packed with no priority within 2-3 working days. You may not be provided with tracking details. Please allow 7 working days for delivery.

Standard UK Tracked Delivery; orders are picked and packed with no priority within 1-2 working days. We will notify you with the tracking details once the item is dispatched. Please allow 7 working days for delivery

Priority Delivery; -orders are dispatched using the next day delivery service with the Royal Mail or other courier - Orders are picked and packed as priority items. We shall usually dispatch this item on the same day, otherwise, by the end of the next working day and your order will be delivered using the Royal Mail next day delivery, however, we cannot guarantee a next day delivery as this is an outside service provided by the Royal Mail. Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays are classified as non working days.

7. International Delivery

Overseas customers please allow 14 working days for delivery. If your package does not reach you after 20 working days, please contact us at

Please note that any customs/excise or other duty payable at country of destination is the responsibility of the purchaser.

8. Communication & Correspondence

E-mails are a fundamental part of our communication with you. As such we are not obliged to accept orders whereby a valid e-mail address is not provided as this is the principal method of communicating with you regarding your order. We endeavour to manage the emails we receive as effectively and as efficiently as we can during normal working hours. We also make every reasonable effort to contact you by email in circumstances when necessary. You undertake to enter a valid email address and after placing an order you undertake to check your emails reasonably frequently so that you are aware of any communications that may be sent to you in respect of your order and let us have your reply soonest.

9. Returns and Exchange Policy

Subject to your legal rights under the Distance Selling Regulations, you may return the Goods to us if you are not satisfied with them. You are under a statutory duty to take care of the goods whilst in your possession. The goods must be returned to us unused, in their original packaging and in sellable condition within 30 days. Returns will not be accepted if the goods are stained, misshapen or damaged in any way. Where you fail to return the goods to us in their original condition, we will consider you to be in breach of contract with Re-Uz (Josoblu Ltd).

We reserve the right to insist upon payment for the goods if the goods are not in the same condition than when they were dispatched. Please note that only the selling price will be refunded; the postage and packing cost which has already been incurred is not refundable. The buyer is required to bear the cost of the return postage. On failure to return the goods we reserve the right to recover the same from you and charge you the cost of doing so. As you are responsible for the risk of returning the goods, we recommend that you insure and obtain proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for returned goods that we do not receive. This does not affect your statutory rights.

For returns of items in the "Buy one get one half price" promotions, both items must be returned to get a full refund. If you decide to return only one of the items, then the item you decide to keep will be charged at the full price. 

Please allow 10 working days after receipt in our warehouse for your return and refund to be processed. If your refund does not appear on your statement within four weeks or one billing cycle please e-mail us at for further assistance. Refunds can only be issued against the credit card used on the original order. Re-Uz (Josoblu Ltd) reserve the right to cancel any order at any time and it shall refund you the purchase price in full on its exercise of such a right.

Return of any goods should be made in accordance with the arrangements detailed in in our Returns and Exchanges section of the Website. If we have sent you the wrong item by mistake, according to your original order placed, or if items are faulty or damaged we will refund your return postal costs or replace the item at no extra postage and packing charge to you. In all other circumstances, Re-Uz (Josoblu Ltd) reserves the right to recoup postage costs.

Please allow 5 working days after receipt in our warehouse for your exchange to be processed and shipped to you.

Our products are covered  against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, accidents, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of materials. Your statutory rights are not affected.

If your product does become faulty, please email a picture of the fault along with your name and proof of purchase (order number)  to in the first instance and we will get back to you within 2 working days to discuss your options.

For exchanges / refunds of purchases from department or independent retail stores, they must be returned to them. It will be up to the relevant store on how they wish to progress the exchange / refund under their store policy.

10. Cancellation

Cancellation of an order should be notified to us through the cancellation section on our website. A full refund including delivery will be made where you cancel your order prior to dispatch.

11. Our General Policy

We want our customers to be happy with both the product and the service provided by us. However should you not be completely satisfied with your shopping experience with us, please email us at

12. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable to you or be deemed to be in breach of this Agreement by reason of any delay in performing or any failure to perform any of our obligations if the delay or failure was due to any cause that is beyond our reasonable control.

Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing the following shall be regarded as causes beyond our reasonable control:

  • Act of God, explosion, flood, tempest, fire or accident;

  • War, or threat of war, sabotage, insurrection, civil disturbance or requisition, or acts of terrorism;

  • Acts, restrictions, regulations, by-laws, prohibitions, embargoes or measures of any kind on the part of any governmental parliamentary or local authority;

  • Import or export regulations or embargoes;

  • Strikes, lockouts or other industrial actions or trade disputes (whether involving employees of us or of a third party);

  • Power failure or breakdown in computer system due to hacking and /or viruses.

13. Damage to computer equipments

Re-Uz (Josoblu Ltd) cannot guarantee that your use of this Website (including any content on it or any website accessible from it) will not cause damage to your computer or other device. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the right equipment (including antivirus software) to use the Website safely and to screen out anything that may damage or harm your computer or other device. Re-Uz (Josoblu Ltd) shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage they suffer as a result of viruses or other malicious or harmful content that they access from or via the Website.

14. Whole Agreement

The Terms and Conditions set out in this Agreement represents the entire Agreement.

The Contract shall be governed by English Law.
